The prestigious Laboratory building in Kings Cross – Rolling Stock Yard has become another accredited member of The Green Initiative.
Rolling Stock Yard’s managing agent is Savills. The Building Manager is Eliska Hyzdalova (pictured). New to the building in mid 2022, Eliska put a lot of attention to streamlining their waste processes with her cleaning contractors – Endersham.
Together they reduced the costs and enabled a significant increase in their recycling rates. All this of course is passed on to their Landlord and tenants avoiding increases through service charges. Eliska’s goal now is to achieve Gold Accreditation by Spring 2023.
